Terms of guarantee
In the case of the equipment being still within its warranty period:
- The guarantee applies if the origin of the fault is a defect inside the charger (eg component fault, welding fault, etc.)
- The warranty does not apply if the cause of the fault is due to an external fault (eg overvoltage, water intake, misuse). In this case, a repair estimate will be issued.
The guarantee, if the latter is confirmed by the appraisal, covers only:
- Repair (parts and labor) of defective equipment delivered to factory Quimper (France)
- Return shipping costs after repair
The warranty does not cover any other costs which may have been caused by the malfunction of the equipment, such as: port and packaging costs, dismantling costs, reassembly and testing, and any other costs not mentioned.

In case of failure or dysfunction of one of our products please contact your local dealer or send us back directly the defective unit for expertise on our site of Quimper.
In all cases please fill in the joint form and mention all appropriate details that could help us in our investigation.
