CRISTEC has launched its new digital battery monitor version : JBNUMII-CPS3.
The new CRISTEC battery monitor has an exclusive large size LCD graphic screen allowing an optimal reading of the data: 62 x 44 mm (integrated backlight). Its standard version includes a 250A shunt that allows to monitor simultaneously the voltage, the current and the remaining capacity of a battery bank (i.e. : service) as well as the voltage of two other battery banks (i.e. : engine and bow-thruster).
The battery banks can be either in 12 or 24V or 48V, or even mixed.
If you add optional kits shunt, you can monitor completely 3 battery banks simultaneously (or DC sources such as a wind generator or solar-panels – voltage & current) and the voltage of 2 additional battery banks. This new battery monitor has an integrated alarm that is activated when the low battery capacity level is reached as well as an electrical contact which allows the remote of a genset.
